Right of withdrawal – 14 days

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the angrerettloven (Norwegian Cancellation Act). The period starts on the day you receive the item.

How to use your right of withdrawal: send an e-mail to pedestrianshopping@gmail.com with your order number and the items concerned, or use the standard withdrawal form. You must return the item within 14 days of notifying us.

You pay the return shipping yourself. The item must be in roughly the same condition and quantity as when you received it. You may examine the item as you would in a shop, but if it has been used beyond this, we may deduct an amount for the reduction in value.

Refunds

We will refund the purchase price, including the original shipping cost, no later than 14 days after we receive notice of your withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item. The money is refunded to the same payment method you used.

Complaints about faulty items

If the item has a fault or defect, you have the right to complain under the forbrukerkjøpsloven (Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act): 2 years, or 5 years for items intended to last considerably longer. Contact us by e-mail with a photo of the fault and your order number, and we will find a solution – repair, a replacement, a price reduction or a refund. If the complaint is approved, we cover the return shipping.
