How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and delivery then normally takes 7–15 business days. You'll get an email with a tracking number as soon as your parcel has shipped.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs NOK 49 and is free on orders over NOK 499. Amounts are shown converted to your currency at checkout.
Where are the products shipped from?
We work with selected suppliers, and the products are shipped directly from their warehouses to you. That's why several items in the same order may arrive in separate parcels.
Do I have to pay customs duties or VAT?
The products are shipped from warehouses outside Norway and the EU. Depending on your country, import VAT and a fee from the postal service or carrier may therefore apply on delivery. This is not included in the price in our online store.
How do I find the right size?
Measure your dog around the chest (the widest part) and from the neck to the base of the tail, then compare with the size chart in the product images. If in doubt, choose the larger size – or send us an email and we'll help you.
Can I return an item?
Yes, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the item. Send an email to pedestrianshopping@gmail.com with your order number and we'll send you the return address. Read more in our return and refund policy.
What if the item is damaged or wrong?
Send us a photo of the problem and your order number, and we'll find a solution – a replacement, a price reduction or your money back. You have the right to make a claim for defects for 2 years.
How can I pay?
You pay securely by card and with the other payment methods shown at checkout.
My parcel hasn't arrived – what should I do?
Check the tracking link in the email. If your parcel hasn't arrived within 20 business days, write to us and we'll trace it and make sure you get a solution.
